*Normal wear is included in the price of the rental, but teeth that are chipped, broken, or in other ways compromised beyond normal wear will be subject to additional charges.

1 free tooth per day rental. 2 free teeth per week rental. 5 free teeth per month rental. Any additionally damaged teeth will be charged at $115 per tooth.
